Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy

  1. Once a reservation is confirmed, the guest can cancel free of charge up until 7 days before arrival.
  2. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.

iii. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.

  1. Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, 24hrs prior to the check-in date, one night’s apartment rate will be charged to the guest (in the event they had pre-paid or attached a credit card to the booking.

Refund policy

  1. If cancelled 7 days before arrival, a full refund of deposit/ payment.
  2. The guest will be refunded 50% of the total price of the stay if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.

iii.  The guest will be refunded (less costs incurred during planning and preparation) if they cancel an event within 3 days prior to the event date.

  1. No refunds will be done for cancellations on the date of the event.
  2. No refunds are given in the case of early check-out (out of choice or eviction due to breach of tenant’s obligation guidelines).
  3. In the event of no-shows, the client will be charged one night apartment stay based on the booking rate and balance refunded.

Procedure

  1. Upon receipt of the cancellation request by the guest, kindly refer to the cancellation policy above.
  2. If a refund is required, kindly refer to the refund policy above.

iii. Refund requests must be shared with unit accountant for approval and execution.
